"Crossed Roads" Upperland Cumberland Quilt Trail
Wildwood Stables is pleased to join the Upper Cumberland Quilt Trail. On May 31, 2010, Wildwood added the "Crossed Roads" Quilt Square to their barn.
This pattern was chosen because it represents how Crossville came by its name. In the early years, Crossville was often referred to as the "road to somewhere else." Early settlers who were traveling from Virginia to the Carolinas would pass through this area.
The quilt square measures 8' x 8'. Artists: Don and Chris Owen
